iFitness is an app for the iPhone and iPod Touch that shows you some unique ways to get in shape, lose some weight, and start a daily routine. This app is really easy to use and makes learning new ways to work out a lot easier and less goofy then most of the conventional methods that don?t involve a personal trainer.
In iFitness, there are over 115 unique exercises for you to pull up and start focusing on. You can view each individual exercise in the exercises tab as they are listed by the body part they focus on. You can even list them out by muscle or see the entire body if you like, plus you can add or edit your own custom exercise. Any exercise that you pull up will show a picture of exactly how to do the exercise and offer a written explanation as well.
If you?re looking for more than just one single work out you can always check out the routines part of the app.
Here they?ve created different routines that focus on specific areas of the body or goals that you can follow. Each routine lists out the different exercises that it covers and how many reps of each you should be doing. If you?re skilled enough to make your own routine, you can do so in the my workouts area of the app.
iFitness really offers up a lot of information for anyone looking to work out or looking for a new routine.
