Wolfenstein 3D is a classic game that almost single-handedly started the First Person Shooter genre. Some would argue that this classic is and will always be the best game of it's type and now, it's on the iPhone. Everything that made this game great from it's "authentic" 3D world experience to killing Nazi's is packed right onto your device. With almost nothing changed, you will get to once again take down the evil Hitler and save the world from Nazi domination. Controls are customizable with the tilt functionality being an option. But for those looking for a real Wolfenstein 3D experience, I suggest going with the standard controls.



The game has 6 different chapters readily available for you to fire through and each different level can be immediately selected and played through. With a great midi soundtrack and awesome Nazi voiceovers, this game has enough nostalgia to warrant a place on your device. Those of you who have never played this game, I'm sorry for you. You should definitely check it out and hopefully you can appreciate the milestone that was achieved when it was in it's prime.



It is priced pretty high in the app store, so many of you will not see the value, but this game lasts a while and is definitely a classic worth picking up.
