Over the years, Skeeball has become a cult classic, and with the development of the App Store it is no surprise you can find a plethora of games based on its simple gameplay.
To play the game, you flick your finger up the screen to launch balls towards the seven holes. Each hole gives you a specified number of points, for which you are rewarded tickets at the end of every round. You can later redeem for prizes, adding a sense of purpose to the game, along with the online leader-boards, but your prizes are sadly only viewable in text form. To add a twist, and some strategy into the mix, occasionally a particular cup will glow yellow. If you then proceed to sink a ball into it, you will receive a 2x multiplier which will remain for the rest of the round. This game uses the NVIDEA PhysX engine and Unity game engine to great success. The balls will realistically bounce off the edges of the cups if you don't get the shot just right, and even when you do make a shot, the ball will often accurately bounce around the inside of the cup's rim before going in.

The graphics are crisp and colorful, containing mostly light blues and yellows, which nicely compliment the casual gameplay. The sounds are what you'd expect; the typical arcade clicking and beeping, with a nice tune played at the end of every round. The only gripe I have about the audio is the lack of support of playing your iPod music in the background.
For 99 cents, 10 Balls 7 Cups is a tremendous value. It is an ideal time filler, as you can pick it up and hop into a game in seconds, then play it for 1 minute or 10 without it ever getting old. This is the best Skeeball game on the App Store to date, and I would recommend it to any casual gamer looking for a cheap game with a lot of replay value.
