Ant Hill is one of those games that can kill tons of time. It reminds me of Pocket God, which is a game I can play for hours. Ant Hill follows the same idea.

You start off with a single anthill with ants scattered about. You are given several options for your ants. First, you can control how many ants you want to come crawling out of the hill. I prefer the max. The bottom of the screen lays out your options. You can just guess what the magnifying glass is for. Yes, you can actually set fire to your lovely ants and watch them scatter in flames. You can pick up a rock and drop it on an unsuspecting group of ants, squishing them to death. Strawberries are available to drop for the ants to eat. You can also move your hill location and create a path for your ants to travel around the screen.

The game also includes a racing option. No, you don't actually get to race as an ant. When you hit the race icon, the black ants will line up against the red ants to see who can push the rock to the other side first, or who can eat the strawberry the fastest. Ants will inevitably die in the process.

The game is presented well. The graphics are nice. The leaves are animated, so if an ant steps on one, it lowers to the ground. The game is very addicting, and will definitely kill some time for you. There is just some sort of joy you get from squashing ants for an hour straight. There are just a couple of things I'd like to see added to this app. I need more options. I need more things to do with, or to the ants. Also, when you play the game, you will undoubtedly have the urge to pick up the ants and throw them across the screen. But, you just can't. I'm sure the developer will add more features in the future. If you like games like Pocket God, or if you just like ants, I would certainly recommend checking this app out.
