Air Traffic Control 4 or ATC 4 is a flight navigation game for the iphone and ipod touch. The game is all about managing incoming planes, guiding them to their desired direction without any collisions or misdirections. The player will dive right into it after a short tutorial. The controls are pretty simple, tap incoming planes to see their destination and then tap on the screen to set way points for the planes to follow. Way points can be moved by dragging and deleted by tapping them. That is basically it.

But the player will soon find out that the game becomes way more complicated as you complete levels. Who knew planes were so hard to manage? This game will offer some fun gameplay and keep you on the edge of your seat as you pray that no planes collide. The graphics in this game feel like an old windows 95 game, and the sounds will have you feeling the same way, but overall the game does not do too much to disappoint.

If you are one for simulation games and don't need to see too many things blowing up or flying fast, this game will give you the tense, strategy-filled experience you might be looking for. It's not perfect and definitely may not stay on your device for too long. At the time of this review, ATC 4 was on sale, making it a definite buy. But once it is back to it's original price, you may want to consider twice if the game is worth the purchase.
