Ball Buster is a survival game for the iPhone and iPod touch. The idea of the game is to keep your blue ball alive for as long as possible without touching the red balls that keep coming. Each new level throws another red ball into the mix, making the game just that much harder. The player moves the blue ball with their finger. Which can get a bit cumbersome after a while due to the amount of screen blocked by your finger. With each addition of a red ball, you will notice your finger more and more because there are always about 2 balls hidden behind it that could be coming to tag you.

There are also green balls that offer various powerups to help you if you hit them. Specials such as invincibility and freezing time will help you grab that needed break once your screen is full and others such as a powerup that will shrink the red balls will sometimes actually make it harder for you if you're not careful.

Overall, this app is offered for a cheap price which could justify trying it out. If you are one for simple, straightforward game that will give you a quick fix before moving on, Ball Buster will fill that need in you. But for those looking for a deeper, richer experience or those who don't have an interest in getting the highest score, this app may not be for you.
