Brothers in Arms was one of the first shooters to arrive on the iPhone. It offered a World War 2 experience that challenged the way current games were played on the device. It provided a cover system and a variety of weapons to play with. Well now the sequel has been released and along with it comes all the new innovations in first person shooter games throughout the year.

The game now offers an addicting experience that will take players through a WWII story. The controls have been completely changed and play very similar to the game N.O.V.A. There is a joystick on the left side of the screen and the player turns by sliding his finger around. The game has buttons for actions like looking down the sights and throwing grenades. Perhaps one of the most exciting features in this sequel is the online multiplayer offered. Up to 6 players can battle for the most kills using Gameloft's online service. This made the game infinitely replayable and added to the fun immensely. The graphics in the game are some of the best on the iPhone.

Overall, the app is one of the best shooters I have played on the iPhone and the multiplayer is just the icing on the cake. It doesn't come cheap, but the game is definitely worth the price.
