Cash Cab is a show that originated in the UK in 2005. The show was later brought all over the world and came to land on the Discovery Channel in the US. The show is essentially a "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire" but without the millions of dollars and without the crowd. The game plays as an exact copy of the show.

The object is to answer random trivia questions while riding in the cab. Each right answer will earn you money and each wrong answer will earn you a strike. Three strikes against you and you are kicked out of the cab. While riding, you will have the option to phone a friend and also grab someone off the street to help with the answer. The iPhone game, though sometimes challenging, was ultimately very boring to play through. The entire game feels like you are reading through trivia cards and answering them. There is really no excitement to the game.

Overall, if you are a fan of the show it may be fun to pick up. But there really isn't much more to it than tapping an answer and waiting for the next question. There is a lite version in the app store so I definitely suggest checking that out before dropping the cash for the full version.
