Collapse! Chaos a block busting game that has similarities to Bejeweled and Tetris. There are two modes of play, Quest and Quick Play. In quest you actually make your way through a map with each area being a different game type. There are also power-ups for you to buy at the shows and a handful of mini games that break away from the repetitiveness of the game modes.
Quick Play starts off as mostly locked and slowly allows you to access 6 different play modes: Classic, Strategy, Puzzle, Panic Attack, Continuous, and Countdown. These modes are unlocked by playing through the quest part of the game first.
Adding a map and purchasable power-ups does make this game stand out a bit from the competition, but unfortunately this game doesn't really let you control the speed at which you play. If you look in the upper left you'll notice that there is a number ticking down. That number represents how many lines you have left until that level is over. Each level seems to require more lines than the last and unfortunately there's not much you can do about it.
Collapse Chaos is a fun game, but there are a lot of games out there. The mini-games do add something interesting to the game, but the way this game is set up, it feels more like something you'd sit down and play instead of something you could pick up and play for a few minutes.
