It seems like more and more apps are hitting the App Store that simply make browsing a specific website that much easier. Some of them do add additional features or offer different things that are exclusive to the iPhone. Most of these apps are launched by that specific website themselves, but occasionally other developers do make their own. Craigs Mobile List is one of these third party developer website apps.

The app is a quick search Craigslist tool for the iPhone that reformats everything you view to better fit your screen. You do have to select what area you want to search, starting from location and ranging all the way down to what you're looking for.

The searches do offer a lot of information without having to actually load up each post. They post a little snippet from the actual description which can sometimes be enough to realize if it's worth reading through or not. When you load up the actual post, everything is much larger and formatted for the iPhone, making it very easy to read.

It's confusing as to why there is an iPhone app for a text-based website. Craigslist works very well on the iPhone and loads very quickly too. Even more confusing is why they decided to charge for this. It would be best to avoid using this app.
