After getting sick of the daily grind, our good friend Flo decided that she wanted to open her own restaurant. While Flo may be the one running around, it's your job to make sure that she gets to the right tables, seats her guests, and makes sure that they're all fat and happy or else her dreams of running her own business will be shattered.
Diner Dash is very much a sim game. You need to drag your customers over to their seats, go visit them when they're ready to order, bring the slip to the cook, bring the meals to the guest, give them the check, clear the table, then start all over. All the guests have a heart indicator that tells how happy they are. To succeed at this game, you really need to keep an eye on those and try and keep them full.
There are numerous different types of customers. Some stay longer and don't tip well, others are very demanding but tip fast. You'll have to multitask by doing things such as bringing multiple meals out at once or just dropping a check at each table before clearing it. Plus the guests are color coded so if you sit them in the right colored seat, you get a bonus.
Your goal is to reach a certain amount by the end of the working day. It's not too hard to hit this goal, but it is hard to get to the expert goal. You really need to fine tune your skill and get your timing down to ace that part. This game may seem simple at first, but it's really addicting and a blast to play. A must have game for the iPhone.
