ePhotos is an app for the iPhone and iPod touch that lets you send multiple photos in one email. The app itself is a little rough around the edges and definitely needs some work, but the concept behind it is great, especially when it works.
When you load up the app you?re brought directly to your photo album. Here you?ll be able to select the pictures that you want to email over. Every time you tap a picture in your photo album you?ll be able to select: Add More, Email, Clear, or Clear All. Once you?ve selected your last picture you?ll want to press Email as there is no other way to send the pictures besides that.
If it?s your first time loading up the app or you?ve decided not to save your settings, you?ll be brought to the settings screen next. Here you?ll enter in all the information required for where you?re sending the pictures from.
It defaults to a gmail account information, but feel free to use whatever you like if you know the mail gateway to enter in. After that you?ll be brought to a screen to enter in the information of who you?d like to email, what the subject should be, and even be able to add in a full message.
The interface for this app is pretty low key, but it doesn?t need to be flashy or anything. It could use a ?send? button on the photo select screen so you don?t end up sending doubles or starting all over again because you forgot to press email. The biggest issue, however, is that it?s been over an hour and still no pictures have arrived. They?ve shown up in the sent box of our email but haven?t shown up in the inbox as we sent them to the same address. Hopefully this is something they can fix in the near future as sending multiple pictures would be amazing.
