ezShare is an application that is helping to solve a couple issues that come with the iPhone and having a mobile device in the first place. With the available storage space on the iPhone and iPod touch growing with every new release, we've all been wondering why we can't use our devices as a drive to hold our files. ezShare solves this issue but also provides an even better one as well.

With this app, users can use their device directly as a wireless drive to store files on and also access files on a computer, time capsule, a webdav server like MobileMe and box.net, and even access Google Docs and Picasa. The app makes it relatively easy to connect to these different servers and access your pictures, documents and any other type of file.

This isn't a tutorial so I'm not going to show you how to set it up, but with this I have connected to one of my computers and am accessing a folder on it via wifi. With so many features that it would take a while just to name them in this review, ezShare makes it, well, easy to share your files and make them as mobile as you are.

There is a free version in the app store that has a limited amount of features and I recommend checking that out and getting a feel for what this app does. If you enjoy it, grab the full version, it has a ton of excellent options and can only get better and add more support with updates. It has been nice to connect to my files for easy viewing and not having to fill my memory up with a ton of different media.
