Family Feud is a game show that has been around since the late seventies. The show features a quiz battle against, you guessed it, different families. Now, the age old show has entered a new generation by way of an iPhone game. The way the game plays is very simple. The gameshow has done polls of different questions to a large group of people before hand. When a family gets up, a question is asked and they must come up with answers that the group of people had also answered. So the entire game is like a game of Loaded Questions.
Answers are ranked based on the popularity and the higher answers will earn the team more points. The opposing family has an opportunity to steal the points if the answering family fail to guess a word 3 times. As an iPhone game, the show fails to incorporate the collaborative feel of the game. It offers a party mode, but playing on a phone ruins the competition. The game was still put together in a great way with a full lexicon of words and the ability to customize your character and his clothes.
Overall, the game was fun and for the price it is being offered for, it may be worth the purchase. But it doesn't do a great job of capturing the excitement of the show. Check it out.
