Flight Control is one of the best selling line drawing games available for the iPhone and has now been brought, in all it's glory, over to the iPad. The game has been freshly updated to take advantage of the large screen space and brings some new features sure to please in parties or with a friend.
The game has very much remained the same as far as gameplay is concerned. The player is still required to draw lines from the aircraft to their respective landing areas all while keeping them from crashing into each other which would end the game. But this new version of the game incorporates a much more robust multiplayer, an aspect that gives the genre some new light. Since the game is so similar, I really won't go into much of the gameplay.
The game now allows for a seemingly unlimited amount of touches at once. This means players can cooperatively play through a game landing aircraft of their chosen color. But players can also choose to instead go head to head in a splitscreen mode or play together via wifi or bluetooth. The wireless game does work between the iPhone and iPad so that should make some players happy. Overall, the game is still fun and with the added screen space, this game is awesome. Check it out.
