SUMMARY: Slice and dice your way through fruit

Check out, because your kids deserve the very best educational apps!

I have yet to meet someone who doesn’t enjoy some sort of fruit and it is definitely common knowledge that ninjas are way cooler than pirates. So some developer got it in their head to combine the two concepts into one ridiculously addicting casual game.

Fruit Ninja is a game that challenges the player to slice as much fruit as they can as it is launched into view. To do this, the player just swipes a finger across the screen which will cut into the fruit. But you need to be careful though as the game will randomly throw bombs into the mix which will end the round. Also, if you miss three fruits, you will get strikes against you and lose. The game ends up being a fun way to pass some time on your phone and offers some addicting challenges. It’s optimized for the iPhone 4 screen and the developers promise to brings some new modes as an update.

At the time of this review, the price was very low for the app and it was sitting nice and high in the Top 25 of the App Store. It definitely is worth the purchase and will keep you entertained for a while. My highest in the time I had to review it was 108, pretty pitiful, I know. Check it out.
