Gas Cubby is a really handy app that allows you to monitor quite a bit of information relevant to your car. This app works on both the iPhone and iPod Touch. The app is geared at helping you keep track of your gas spending, but it also allows you to record when you bring your car in for service.
The main area of the app is where all your previous information is listed. You can press the eye or one of the three buttons at the bottom of the to change how everything is sorted if you?d like. When you?re ready to add a new service or fill up, all you need to do is press the respective button in the top right hand corner.
This app allows you to track multiple cars, so make sure that when you enter your information in you?ve selected the right car. Everything in those two areas will be entered in manually, with a few having options for you to select from a scrolling menu. Unfortunately, one of the features is location but it doesn?t give you the option for the app to locate you and use that as a reference point, you?ll have to enter it in manually.
If you?re meticulous about the information you keep regarding your gas and maintenance then this is a great app for you. It is so detail oriented that you may even find it overwhelming at times. But, for what it?s meant to be used for, it does offer the most out of any app in its class.
