The premium package adds features such as call switching from cell to 3g, infinite call time and much more. To try it out, I called my friend Jake and held a short conversation with him. The call quality was definitely not as high as my normal experience but one thing that made a huge difference was the consistency of the call. Because iCall doesn't need to rely on cell signals, I could go into my basement where I have no signal and still maintain a good call.
