Keeping up to date with your NetFlix account can be challenging if you're an avid viewer. While you can simply let NetFlix burn through your Queue and offer you new movies, having an app like iFlix will allow you to look into that movie that your coworker recommended and add it to your list on the fly.
The app gives you a few options once you've registered your current NetFlix account with it. You can see your full queue, your recent videos (at your house, in the mail, or recently rented), search for a film, see what NetFlix recommends for you to add to your queue, and even the ability to browse through the NetFlix archives.
All of the videos have the cover image next to them when you search through them. Tapping on them brings up a short description page that is formatted specifically for the iPhone.
If the film isn't already in your queue, you can add it to it. Then you can even edit your queue to bring it to anywhere in the line.
iFlix is only a useful app for people who have NetFlix. With there being no other really great way to rent movies cheaply besides Red Box (which requires you to not be lazy), many people use NetFlix. This app is perfect at what it does and maxes your NetFlix experience even better. But it is mildly annoying that it does cost to buy this app when you're already paying for a NetFlix subscription.
