Instaplaylist is a small app that is pushing iPhone app development in new ways. The app offers an innovating look into what the iPhone can do in collaboration with your home pc and really brings a new light to an app store full of clones. The apps main function is to link up with the Instaplaylist.com website and broadcast your chosen YouTube playlist right from your phone. This is how it works. You get on your home network with your computer and your iPhone or iPod Touch.
After opening instaplaylist on your device, you then head over to instaplaylist.com which automatically syncs with your device. Then you just search for any YouTube music video (regular YouTube videos can be added too) and add them to the app's playlist. Essentially the app serves as a YouTube jukebox that will stream the YouTube video of whatever is listed on your device. This app would be great for parties or casual listening. It's not perfect though. It's creators haven't added a feature allowing for fullscreen viewing and there is really no choice when it comes to quality of the video.
But the app works great and allows users to search the iTunes Top 100 and add the songs right to your playlist. Overall the app is definitely pushing ingenuity in iPhone design and is something to look into for parties or just to impress your friends. Check it out.
