Craigphone is an app that lets you browse, search and post on
Craigslist as you would in a browser. This is by far the best of it's
kind. It's interface is extremely similar to the online one we are all
used to and I had no problems navigating it. It features four different
tabs on the bottom to manage. The browse tab allows the user to browse
through the different categories available on Craigslist. The post tab
allows for easy posting to Craigslist with all the standard options
available. Also, there is an interesting tab available called the
"featured" tab. This tab offers a "nearby" browse feature allowing the
user to browse posts in nearby locations. This currently only works for
the San Francisco Bay area rendering the feature useless for the
majority of users.

Perhaps the most useful tool available in this app
is the ability to bookmark a post for later viewing. This is extremely
useful for those looking at apartments or tracking a specific item.
From a bookmark you can view a post again or email the link to someone
else. Overall this app is an almost perfect implementation of the
already great Craigslist. If the designers can resolve the "nearby"
feature and get it available to most locations in the US, we may have
the best buying and selling tool available right on our phone. The best
part of all of this is the fact that just like it's source, Craigsphone
is offered free. There really is no reason why anyone familiar with
Craigslist wouldn't check this app out. It has been extremely useful
and has found it's place on my device for good. Check it out today.
