Geo Defense Swarm is the sequel to arguably one of the more visually stunning tower defense games that can be found in the app store. But instead of repeating the formula that made the first one so great, its developers decided to change up the gameplay by taking the flow of the game off a predetermined track. Now, players must place there own towers in a way that will control the flow of the creeps. This dramatically increases the difficulty of the game and actually was pretty hard to get the hang of.

The look and feel of the game is still very much the same with the awesome particle effects and colorful shapes that are your enemies. The game has aded a new tower, a new creep and is now OpenFeint enabled as well. There are a total of 30 levels to play through and each made it a new challenge everytime. There is also an endless mode for each difficulty that will continuously throw enemies at you until you can't take it anymore.

Overall, the game hasn't changed it's core too much but the new layout makes for an interesting twist. If you liked the first game and enjoyed it's awesome graphics and challenging gameplay, you are sure to like this one as well. It is currently as steal at its sale price, so grab it while it's cheap
