With Apple allowing developers to take advantage of the iPhone's abilities to take video, regardless if it is a 2G, 3G, or 3GS, we are now seeing a few video apps hit the app store for the lesser of the phones. iVideoCamera puts the ability to take and save video on the 2G and 3G. This has been done before but iVideoCamera offers some interesting options to choose from during and after the recording.

The app offers two different modes to record in. There is the basic mode which gives an infinite amount of recording but the quality will suffer. There is also the high quality mode which will record in a better format, 320 x 426 to be exact. The app hits 10 frames per second which is great for any 3G user but 3GS users are better of using the standard app. After recording the movie, it can be saved to the camera roll, synced via wifi, or uploaded to one of many different social sites.

The app did a great job recording what I wanted and there was no save time at all. I just took the video I needed and immediately uploaded to Facebook. If you are in need of a quality video camera app for your 2G or 3G, this app is the best and most feature-filled I have seen. It comes for a small price, but it is definitely worth it for the features offered. Check it out.
