Oh the Kaloki Universe is back again. This time, instead of wooing women, you are building different structures to aid in science and war. No longer is the Kaloki Universe interesting in building skating rinks for desperate women looking for a good time. No. This time it is interested in survival from an onslaught of alien attackers. At least that's kinda how it's said in the description of the game. But let's be honest, if you've ever played a Kaloki game before, it is focused on one thing only. space station management and building your economy.

This new version will have players building up their defenses as well, but I couldn't help feeling like this was just another rehash of the same formula. The buildings, ships and many other things were eerily similar to the last few that I played and I wasn't really sure if I was playing a different game at all. Now, I have to say that the gameplay itself is fun and if you haven't played a Kaloki game that you should find one that interests you and grab it. But it is a bit disappointing when I grab the game only to find more of the same.

If you are into trading and structure management this game will hit close to home. But those who have played one before or who prefer action, pass this game quickly. It is slow and at times extremely boring.
