LightBike is an app based of the movie Tron which featured bikes that left a light trail. The first app was a huge success due to it's awesome gameplay mechanics and quick sessions. The sequel, aptly named LightBike 2, brings a few new features to the table along with a much needed graphics update.
The new LightBike looks awesome but still offers the same great experience from the first. The game starts out with up to 4 bikes on a course all facing towards each other. The round begins and players need to drive their bikes, which leave trails behind them, in a way that causes other players to crash. It's an extremely simple process and the rounds finish quickly. Players can earn points towards vehicle designs. A new jump feature has also been included on top of the boost feature which changes up the gameplay a lot.
Overall, the app is definitely a great sequel to the first and being free in the app store, it is definitely worth your time. It can be played single player or online verses friends. The game does force you to use a Twitter account or create an account on their own servers but it was a small price to pay for a fun, free game. Check it out.
