Lux Touch is a clone of the classic game Risk for the iPhone and iPod Touch. The initial version of this game is free, but the developers are planning a deluxe version of the game that will offer much more to what this initial app already does.
You play as the blue armies in Lux Touch and your goal is to take over the entire map. There are four opposing countries standing in your way for total world domination and they aren't going to back down easily. Each turn starts with you placing your troops in your countries, then progresses to you attacking neighboring countries, then ending with you fortifying your countries.
If you manage to take over an enemy country in a turn, you get one card. These cards can be used to add extra troops to your war efforts once you get at least three of them. The AI in Lux Touch works so fast that you won't be bored waiting for your turn. In fact, sometimes you won't even realize that it's already your turn again.
If you're a fan of the classic game of Risk, then this is a great game for you to check out. It's nothing amazing to look at and the game play isn't really anything amazing, but it is exactly like Risk. Except for the fact that when you start to lose you can just shut it off.
