Megaphone is a handy app that will allows you to turn your iPhone into a megaphone. All you need is a speaker to connect your iPhone to and you?re good to go.

This app is very simple but definitely interesting. When you load up the app, you?ll see a display that looks like part of a microphone. There?s a button at the top of your screen that will bring you through a tutorial of how to use the app. Unfortunately there doesn?t seem to be a way to end the tutorial, so if you press it by accident you?ll either have to sit through it again or restart the app. There?s also an on/off switch as well.

All you need to do is plug your iPhone into an RF transmitter and turn the receiver to the right station or directly into a 3.5MM adapter and an amp. From there, adjust the volume and you can start using your iPhone as a megaphone. All you need to do is just flip your iPhone upside down and start talking into it. Simple and effective.

While this is a great concept, it requires you to have either an fm transmitter or another cable handy with you to actually use it. This is very unlikely and you?ll find that you won?t run into many situations where you need to speak to a large crowd and have those resources but not a mic to plug in or a bullhorn. Cool concept, it just doesn?t seem like you?d get a lot of use out of it.
