If you happen to have a lot of extra space on your iPhone, or just feel like carrying some extra stuff on there to share with your friends, Mobile Finder will help you out with that. This app gives you the ability to easily set your iPhone up as a network storage device where you can move files to and from with any Windows or Mac computer on the network.
When you load up the app, you have to manually turn on the sharing function. From there, all the files that are stored in the area that this app has set aside are viewable. If the files are readable by your iPhone you can actually open some of them up and view them, but this app isn't really for that.
What it is for is the ability to load some files onto your iPhone for storage and transfer them to somewhere else. All you need to do is FTP connect to your iPhone from any computer on the network. Then from there, you snag your iPhone and bring it to yet another network where everyone can easily offload those files to whoever needs them.
Mobile Finder is definitely a techie app. It's not going to be for everyone. But for those it does appeal to, it's definitely going to be a must have app. For some it may even be a first page app. It all depends just how much file transfering you do.
