The app store is full of apps for music discovery. You have a huge selection to pick from including apps like Pandora, Slacker Radio, and many, many more. These apps are all great in their own way bringing some awesome new music to your iPhone or iPad along with the chance to kick back and enjoy constant radio tailored to your tastes. But one thing every one of these apps don’t have are video. This is where MySpace Music Romeo comes in.
The app for the iPad takes your chosen genre and mood and automatically pumps out music for you. But instead of just playing the music, the app also plays the music video to the songs so you receive a great visual experience as well. This concept is great and really works for putting faces to the bands and enjoying some of the awesome art that can be found in videos. Right off the bat the app selected some very interesting videos that matched my request although it seemed to struggle when it came to finding my particular flavor of the genre.
But this app wasn’t made to give you exactly what you want and instead offers more of a randomized music set. Just like any other app, it only allows a set amount of skips so this app is better for setting up and letting it run in the background. It’s free in the app store, so check it out.
