Read It Later is the answer to one of the most ignored problems in web surfing today. We have all experienced the annoyance of having to email a website to ourselves to read later or clutter our bookmarks with sites that we'll forget really soon. Read it Later is attempting to solve that issue by providing us with a dedicated application for links that just need to be, well, read later. It lets you save pages to read later.
They would like you to think of it as a "staging area" for bookmarks. What's nice about this app, is that it allows iPhone and iPod Users to download your saved list for offline viewing, which is especially handy for iPod Touch users. The app syncs with its computer counterpart that is available for all major browsers. From either the iPhone's Safari Browser to the browsers on your computer, you can tag links to be read later and then open the app to view them at your convenience. This is really handy for those who read a lot of articles or want to view a webpage later because something came up. Simply clicking the sync button in the list view will update the app. In your iPhone's Safari, after installing a bookmarklet, you can then choose to save a page for later right from your iPhone simply by selecting the Read it Later bookmark.
Overall, Read it Later brings a much needed feature to your iPhone that really helps you keep tabs on pages and things you want to remember for later. Using it as your own personal collection of interesting webpages, you can free up the clutter that can happen so quickly in your browser. Read it Later is free, but there is a paid version in the app store that offers more features and easier integration. Check it out.
