Scribattle is a survival vertical arcade game for the iPhone and iPod Touch. We've all played games like Galaga and Space Invaders that challenge us to shoot the incoming enemies from the bottom of our screen. Scribattle is only a little bit different from that and sets us in an arena on a piece of paper. The goal of the game is to protect your three warriors as they attempt to eliminate all of the enemy "Scri" as they are called. So I guess we can call the game Scribattle then.
Either way you pronounce it, it is decent fun. By dragging your finger from a warrior in a direction, you can fire rounds at the incoming Scri and hopefully defeat them all. They will attack your warriors fiercely and try to demolish them. The game is over when all of your warriors are defeated. The game itself is pretty fun but you will eventually lose interested when you realize the best way to defeat the Scri is to use the Hail-Mary strategy and fire will all the warriors using a weaving pattern with your fingers.
The game gets old pretty quickly and there is a total of 50 levels which is a lot, but considering how long most last, is not enough to warrant a safe spot on your device. It's developers are asking a large price for such a simple game and therefore cause me to recommend checking out the free version and then passing on the purchase.
