Simplify is a service for more than just your iPhone or iPod Touch, it is a syncing service that allows you to share your music and pictures from your pc across the internet. The app comes in a couple different flavors. There is the Simplify Media app which streams your music to your phone and there is the Simplify Photos app that I will be showing you today.
Simplify photos connects you to your photos in an easy way. Just install the app onto your iPhone, download the pc application onto your computer and you are good to go. After choosing photo folders to sync, the app will automatically begin the process of updating your online sharing file. When it is done, you can just open the Simplify iPhone app and select the folder for viewing. I only tried it out on 3G speeds and I have to say that it went plenty fast.
It did take a bit to load up so I wouldn't recommend this app for fast viewing or for showing someone pictures.
This is where saving pictures comes into play. Any photo that you view on your device can be saved to the device for quick viewing. This makes this app invaluable if you have thousands of pictures and want access to them all but don't want to fill up valuable space on your device hard drive.
Overall, the app was simple to use living up to its name. Up to 30 different accounts can be synced meaning you and all your friends can share you photos into one app. I definitely recommend it to anyone with a large collection of photos. Check it out.
