Tapping games and the iPhone go together extremely well. The great screen and awesome responsiveness make for a great platform to jam to some music while on the go. Six-String is an app that is looking to take the genre to new levels and challenge the user who may have found the other games to be a little too easy.

Not only will users have to tap bubbles that come from the side of the screen, they will also have to strum the strings by drawing their finger across the screen. Just the introduction of this small element makes for a completely new experience and on some harder levels, there is even more to manage. Chords must be changed by pressing a button on the side of the screen.

The graphics and sound of this game are great and feel completely natural on the iPhone. The only true disappointment I had with this game is the lack of songs. The game only comes with six tracks to play and if you want more you'll need to purchase them in-app. But as far as gameplay goes, this is good as it gets on the iPhone. Check it out.
