With a vast reservoir of interesting stickers and effects any picture has the potential to be a masterpiece with just a few taps. STICKi PICi mixes cute stickers and borders with a mature editing interface that is quite impressive.

After snapping a fresh picture or selecting one from your camera roll, STICKi PICi puts a plethora of options at your fingertips. Selecting the style of border you want is easy and just the beginning. There are ten categories of stickers to choose from, some of which have been added with updates so this number may increase. You can even write on the picture with your finger or insert text in a quotation bubble. When you are done beautifying your picture there are four effects to further customize the creation: black and white, sepia tone, color, and soften.

The editing and manipulating of the stickers is really what makes this app shine. Everything is intuitive and utilizes all the aspects of the iPhone\'s picture browser you already know and love. Tap a sticker to create a red glow around it indicting your selection. Tap and drag the sticker to place it anywhere on the screen. Pinch zoom to enlarge or shrink a sticker. Pinch zoom also works to get in close on a picture which helps a lot when writing with fingertips or for getting the perfect placement of a sticker. Even with multiple stickers on a picture each one is customizable. This live editing is well done, fun and easy to use.

With its cartoon stickers and Hello Kitty feel it is arguable STICKi PICi is not for everyone. However, any body can have fun doctoring their pictures and playing with the sleek editing interface. STICKi PICi gives your photos an opportunity to break through the sea of monotony so common with social networking and the internet. The controls and editing are so well done you don\'t have to be a teenage girl to enjoy this playful app.
