There are multiple different ways to keep all of your information nice and organized on the iPhone. One of these methods could possibly involve using forms. The issue is, you?ve probably got all your information on your computer in some way or another on a program that will actually let you export it. That?s the challenge that Tap Forms has to overcome in order to become a popular personal information manager.
Tap Forms is very customizable and comes with a lot preloaded. There are more than 20 built in forms that allow you to just load them up and plug in your information. You can even rename and duplicate these forms just in case you?ve got multiple credit cards that you want to store in this app.
Each form is preset with several fields that the developers felt would be most useful for that form, but you can edit them at will.
There are also 9 different fields for you to customize and use to your advantage to make Tap Forms more useful. These fields can be added or removed from any form to make them fit your needs more. You can even email your completed forms if you want to share your information with someone else. In case you?re worried about security; you can always set a password to prevent anyone not authorized to use this app from viewing your info.
Tap Forms is a really well made app, but with the cost associated with it and its lack of direct import/export ability, it falls short as a personal information manager. If you were able to sync it with a desktop personal information manager that you?re already familiar with, then it may be worth the price. Right now, it?s only worth it for those committed enough to enter all there information into a new app manually.
