TouchKO is an awesome boxing game for the iPhone. This app is a ton of fun. The game takes advantage of the iPhone's touch capabilities to give you the option to punch, uppercut, hook, dodge and block all without the need for buttons. Aside from having an excellent control scheme, the game also has some of the best graphics and animations on the iPhone.

From ragdoll physics to motion-captured animations and dynamic lighting, the app definitely pulls you into the game. After setting up a character, you can play through the Career mode that will earn you cash and different titles. Players can also play the Quick PLay mode which dynamically adjusts the difficulty based on how well they are doing. The gameplay was very smooth. I did have some occasional slowdowns when I knocked down an opponent but it worked almost 100% of the time.

With different moves that can be released, I actually felt like I could make a difference. Each arm is independent in this game so you can block with one side and swing with the other. The only things that are noticeably missing in this game are low punches and a multiplayer aspect.

The game overall though is definitely one well worth grabbing. It has enough customization to keep it a fresh experience with the ability to import your own music as a soundtrack to the game and a shop to update your look. I recommend checking TouchKO out. It has all the right elements to make it a great iPhone game.
