Veemail is an app for the iPhone that allows you to select an email recipient through the use of your voice. This app is very similar to other voice dialer apps, except for the fact that it only works for email. There are a few additional features to the app besides just that, but it's still rather awkward.
When you first load up the app, it will request a minute or two to go through all of your contact names. The app is basically trying to figure out how to voice recognize these names. The voice recognition features of this app are pretty decent quality and are usually accurate. They've also built in the ability for the app to learn from its mistakes, so if it recognizes a word wrong, let it know.
After it loads it up, hold the button on the screen, say a name, and see the contacts that it pulls up. Once you've selected the right contact, it will give you the option to record a voice message and add a picture to it. Then you can send that over to your lucky contact right away.
Basically, this app adds voice recognition to email and allows you to attach a voice note. What's weird is that you can forgo adding saying the contact name out loud and just select the contacts name from a list, but you can't type out a message in this app. It's definitely a well made and interesting app, it's just not that useful.
