If you have a message you want to send to multiple people at once and don't feel like using the conference call method, Voice broadcast may catch your interest. The whole point of this app is to allow you to record a message and send it out to multiple recipients at once for any future date and time you choose.
To use this app, you do need to register with ifbyphone.com. You can do all of this from directly within the app and easily set everything up so you can make your first voice broadcast. Registration gives you two options: 100 free minutes per month or add a credit card. The developers just recently expanded the 100 free minutes per month to have no end date for iPhone users, making this app much more appealing. Once you register, you'll receive a phone call almost instantly to confirm your information.
Once registered, you'll need to create a group to send your messages to. This allows you to pick through all of your contacts and add any number from any contact to your group. After you set up your group, head over to New Broadcast and select the group and schedule when you want it to be sent. The app will then call you on your phone for you to record the message, confirm that you have recorded it correctly, then disconnect.
When the call comes in, surprisingly it just plays the message. There isn't any other recorded voice besides your own, making it a lot more clean and useful then had been assumed. While it may not be the most useful app out there, it works very well for what it does. If you have the need to send a voice message to multiple people at a later time, this app will really help you out.
