If any of you have ever played the party game Boggle, Scramble 2 is bringing the same concept you know and love to your iPhone or iPod Touch. Implementing many features we've come to expect on these devices, Scramble does an excellent job providing a similar experience with all the perks of touch. Created by Zynga, users can create and account or login to their Facebook account and get right in the action. There are 4 different modes of play: Solo, Pass, Challenge or Online.

The object of the game is to find words among the mess. Each word found earns the player points. Words can be selected by simply dragging your finger along the path or by tapping letters. Perhaps one of the more unique features of this app is that it allows for accelerometer play. By tilting the device in a direction, a new perspective can be reached offering a greater chance of finding words. Online play runs smooth with over 50 players being in any given session. Good luck nabbing a top spot as I'm finding there are some word wizards out there.

For those of you would played the first game, there really isn't anything different about the second. The developers added trophies and a store to spend your points but the gameplay and features haven't changed. Overall, this game brings the fast-paced excitement of a Boggle to your device and the best part is, its free. Check it out.
