TV wrestling is definitely for only a specific group of people. You either like it or you don't. But, the games made about this questionable sport have contributed to some of the greatest fun in gaming history. Back when controllers only had one joystick, wrestling games brought a fun way to play 2 vs 2 by allowing players to smash each other's heads in. WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2010 aside from being a mouthful, offers a fun wrestling experience right from your iPhone or iPod Touch.
Players are given the opportunity to create their own custom characters and then pit them against some big names in wrestling.
The moves are handled by a line drawing and tapping or holding buttons as they appear. The controls sometimes grew annoying and I wish there was an option to change to a d-pad. The main game lasts very short and you'll find yourself burning through it pretty quickly. One feature that made games like these amazing was the multiplayer. This game doesn't have any and I must say I miss it.
Overall, the game is decent but nothing to really get excited for. Hardcore fans will definitely like this, but the rest of the world should consider passing. It's a little too expensive for what you're getting.
