X2 Snowboarding is a snowboarding arcade game for the iPhone and iPod Touch. The game is extremely similar to the classic snowboarding game SSX Tricky that was offered on older consoles. The game features a list of characters from different countries each with their own stats and abilities. The game's controls are handled using a mixture of touch and tilt. Players have a huge amount of possibilities when it comes to moves they can make.

After successfully jumping, two different boards come up signifying all the places the player can grab the board. On top of all the moves that can be made, players have something called joost at their disposal. This mysterious adrenaline boost allows players to reverse time to try a trick again, slow down time to make the move, or boost to hit jumps harder. This makes the game way more enjoyable by providing the feeling of complete control. The music and graphics in this game are top notch with the soundtrack being provided by some big name chillout artists and the visuals have a cell-shaded look.

Overall, this game is a great snowboarding app. There are already a couple snowboarding apps in the App Store to choose from, but after playing through X2 Snowboarding, there really isn't any reason to grab any other. There's a free version in the app store so take a look before purchasing.
